The Stawell Harness Racing Club acknowledges that Nigel Keating was not afforded an opportunity to attend the Club’s board meeting on 1 July 2025 when he was removed as a director of the Club, nor was he given an opportunity before that meeting to respond to the allegations raised at that meeting. The parties have otherwise agreed to settle the proceeding on mutually acceptable terms.
